Our whole wheat paratha is a large, soft, flaky flatbread, measuring about 16 inches in diameter. This bread originated in South Asia with North African influence. It is known in Trinidad as "buss-up-shut", and in Somalia and Ethiopia as "sabayat."
Our pack contains six pieces. They are packed together, after being cooled to prevent condensation, in a sealed plastic bag used to keep the product in optimal condition.
Enjoy our parathas with any of our curries for lunch or dinner or as a wrap. Enjoy them with butter, cheese, peanut butter, or jam for breakfast. Try them with condensed milk for a unique dessert.
