1. We are still delivering to all areas in the Greater Toronto Area. However, it is possible that we will reduce our delivery radius if the situation becomes worse.
2. We will be able to serve houses only. We will not be delivering to apartment and condo buildings and businesses until further notice.
NORMAL DELIVERY POLICIES

Our shipping fee is $9.75. It is a flat rate charge for all areas except downtown Toronto (details below) and applies to orders of any size.
We are currently delivering into all areas of the GTA. Please visit our contact page to leave your city or postal code so we know where to grow next.
(Between Bathurst St. and Sherbourne St., south of Bloor St.):
Due to challenges with traffic and parking we outsource all deliveries in the area. The delivery fee for this area is $35.00
Our delivery service is intended for homes. That said, we will deliver to businesses provided they are on the ground floor and a no charge parking lot for visitors is available for the building/business. If your work / business does not have this available please order to your home address or your order will be returned to us and refunded minus a $9.75 fee.

We deliver most orders in insulated cooler bags. If you wish extra protection please leave a cooler outside for us to place the cooler bag or box in. The cooler bag measures 45cm (L) x 28cm (D) x 24cm(H).
Our deliveries normally don't leave our premises until 10:00 am. Most deliveries are made in the afternoon and evening, though some will be before noon.

Deliveries to Buildings
If you live in a multistory apartment or condo building please make sure someone is home during the day after 11:00 a.m. to receive your order. We will phone you before delivery to make sure someone is home. Please provide your buzzer number at checkout. If no one is home at the time of delivery the order will be returned to Alima's. A refund will be issued minus a $9.75 fee.Please view our delivery policies below before placing your order.
To cancel your entire order or to part of your order please send us a message at: firstname.lastname@example.org . Please send your cancellation request by 12:00 p.m. the day before your delivery day. Any cancellations after that time will not be completed as the orders will be in the process of being packed.
WE WILL LEAVE YOUR ORDER OUTSIDE YOUR RESIDENCE IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. WE DELIVER YOUR PERISHABLE ITEMS FROZEN WELL BELOW ZERO SO AS TO PREVENT SIGNIFICANT THAWING FOR A FEW HOURS UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES. NEVERTHELESS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE A LARGE COOLER OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR FOR US TO PLACE YOUR ORDER IN. BY CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER AND CHECKING OUT YOU AGREE TO RETRIEVE THE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER IN ORDER TO PREVENT THAWING, SPOILAGE, OR THEFT, AND YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD US RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR FINANCIAL LOSS, HARM, OR FINANCIAL LIABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOURSELF OR OTHERS DUE TO THAWING, SPOILAGE, OR THEFT.
