Aloo Pies are a type of potato fritter popular in some parts of the Caribbean. It is usually eaten with a chutney, like tamarind chutney or mango chutney.
You can get quite creative with Aloo Pies. For example you can turn your Aloo Pie into a yummy mini lunch by cutting it open and adding a fill of Channa, or other vegetables, or meat, then adding some tamarind sauce and some hot sauce.
