Our paratha is a large, soft, flaky flatbread, measuring about 16 inches in diameter. This bread originated in South Asia with North African influence. It is known in Trinidad as "buss-up-shut", and in Somalia and Ethiopia as "sabayat."

Our Convenience Pack contains 10 rolled pieces. Each piece is half of a full-size paratha. The pieces are individually packaged in plastic before being placed in the container.

Enjoy our parathas with any of our curries for lunch or dinner or as a wrap. Enjoy them with butter, cheese, peanut butter, or jam for breakfast. Try them with condensed milk for a unique dessert.
